Rick Coughlin, CRS, GRI

Rick is a third generation resident of Weymouth and has been selling residential real estate throughout the South Shore since 1983.  He is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute - a designation signifying ninety hours of advanced in-class real estate education and holds the CRS designation from the Council of Residential Specialists – a designation held by less than five percent of all Realtors®  - and the CRB designation from the Council of Real Estate Brokers and Managers.  Rick has been active in the South Shore Association of Realtors® and has served on many committees, including its President in 1997.  The South Shore Association of Realtors® selected him as the 1997 Realtor of the Year, the only time in its sixty-plus year history a sitting president has received that honor. Elaine Scales, GRI

Elaine has been helping people buy and sell homes on the South Shore for over forty years.  A consistent sales leader, Elaine has been a life member of the South Shore Association of Realtors since 1997 and has been active in the Braintree Women’s Club and several other local and civic organizations.  As she raise her two sons and daughter, Elaine worked tirelessly with the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts for over eighteen years.  She is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute - a designation signifying ninety hours of advanced in-class real estate education and is a Certified Buyer Representative.  Married to Bob since 1961, Elaine lives in Braintree and has three adult children.

Nancy Lundquist

Carol Newell

Carol has lived in Weymouth for over twenty years.  She has been helping people across the South Shore buy and sell their homes since 1998.  Carol is a Certified Buyer Representative and has served in numerous church and civic organizations including Friends of the Homeless of the South Shore.  Her background as a tax preparer for H&R Block has provided an additional level of expertise to Carol’s clients.  Carol and her husband Herb live in Weymouth and have two adult children.

Bonnie comes to Coughlin & Company with a diversified background.  Having grown up all over the South Shore, she has an Associates Degree from Northern Essex Community College and is an accomplished baker.

Danny Napolitano

Born in Tennessee and an avid Volunteers fan, Danny has been a licensed Real Estate agent since 2000.  He has worked for twelve years with the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Department and served with the Massachusetts National Guard in Afghanistan.
